MTM Technologies

Capability

From assessment to deployment.

Four phases, each with a fixed price and defined deliverables. You always know the cost, the timeline, and exactly what you receive. And a person always holds the decision.

Four phases. Fixed price per phase.

01 · 2–4 wks

AI Readiness Assessment.

Process mapping, data audit, high-impact use cases, and an ROI model, ending in a written proceed, redesign, or stop recommendation.

02 · 6–10 wks

Pilot / Proof of Concept.

One or two use cases built against your real data, with acceptance criteria and a measured baseline. NTDP Connect may cover 50% of PoC costs.

03 · 3–6 mo

Full Implementation.

Deployment, integration, data pipelines, and user training for the validated use cases.

04 · 12+ mo

Managed Services.

Monitoring, optimization, model retraining, and SLA-bound support after go-live.

The work defines the system.

We do not begin with a model, an agent, or a product licence. We begin with a business job that is important, repeated, and expensive to leave fragmented. Before anything is built, we establish:

What the completed capability may change.

01

Complete recurring work across systems

Move information and actions through the tools already involved in the job, with a clear record of status, ownership, and completion.

02

Turn company knowledge into the correct next action

Retrieve approved information with evidence, apply it to the current case, and continue into the task or decision the work requires.

03

Support decisions with current evidence

Assemble the relevant facts, history, policies, and open questions so the accountable person can decide without reconstructing the case.

04

Keep approvals and exceptions visible

Route sensitive or unusual cases to the correct authority, preserve the decision record, and return approved action to the operating path.

05

Close follow-up gaps

Track commitments, unanswered questions, required updates, and overdue actions so work does not disappear after a meeting or handoff.

For technical and operating sponsors

Behind the outcome: ingredients of one system.

Knowledge, deterministic automation, AI reasoning, bounded agents, integrations, approvals, observability, and measurement are implementation choices inside one capability. They are not a catalogue of equal offers.

Approved knowledge and controlled retrieval

Define authorized sources, attach answers to evidence and freshness, and stop the system from guessing where verification is required.

Deterministic paths where the rules are fixed

Checks, routing, and repeatable updates are built as clear software when interpretation is not needed.

Bounded agents only when the job needs them

Use tool-based reasoning when the work requires limited interpretation across systems. An agent is not a separate product and not a promise of autonomy.

Integration with systems already in use

CRM, ERP, documents, inbox, forms, and internal tools stay in the path. A new destination is added only if the work requires it.

Explicit human approval boundaries

What the system may prepare, recommend, complete, or never touch is defined before launch.

Logging, evidence, and measurement

Who approved, what changed, what failed, and what must happen next. Capability is measured by use and outcome, not by demonstration.

Use deterministic software where the rules are fixed. Use AI where interpretation or variable cases require it. Use an agent only when the job needs bounded reasoning across tools. Keep people in authority wherever risk or accountability requires them.

No theatre. No unnecessary autonomy.

MTM does not add AI because it is fashionable, present a prototype as an operating capability, or automate a decision that should remain with a person. If the value cannot be defined and observed, the work is not ready to become an implementation project.

Which recurring job should work differently?

Bring the current process, the people involved, and the outcome that matters. We will help determine what should change and what should remain under human control.
